Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to and use of Tribastion Control (the "Service"), the operations console operated by Tribastion Technologies at auth.tribastiontechnologies.com. By signing in to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Tribastion Control is a private, internal administration tool for backing up, monitoring and managing our own web platforms and their supporting resources (files, databases, DNS records and access policies). It is intended for authorised operators of Tribastion Technologies.
2. Accounts and access
Accounts are provisioned by an administrator. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for enabling multi-factor authentication where offered, and for all activity under your account. Access is governed by role-based permissions, and some actions are restricted by design.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for its intended administrative purpose and not to attempt to bypass its access controls, disrupt its operation, or use it to access systems or data you are not authorised to manage.
4. Your data and backups
You retain ownership of the data you manage through the Service, including backups it creates. Backups are stored in the cloud-storage accounts you connect. While we design the Service to be reliable and to verify backup integrity, you are responsible for confirming that backups meet your own recovery requirements. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
5. Third-party services
The Service connects to third-party providers you authorise, such as Google (Drive) and Hostinger. Your use of those providers is also subject to their own terms and policies. Credentials and tokens you connect are stored encrypted and used only to perform the actions you request.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data, arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated at any time, for example when an operator leaves or misuses the Service. You may stop using the Service and disconnect any connected accounts at any time.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat shall have jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
